“I wanna travel because I wanna know me. Completely. I wanna meet my self in different countries. In different people.”— P.T. (via notyoubabe)
Traveling by myself has truly been the biggest eye opener for me, gave me the outlook on life that I have. I recommend everyone to go find themselves and travel 🙌

Frontal Lobe Heachaches are like no other headaches. I experienced them before but never to the severity of today’s.
I started off the day normally but felt a bit warmer than usual. Not bothered by this I went on with my day. Saturday’s agenda always consists of going down to my boyfriend’s house and spending time with him to run errands and just hangout.
As the day progressed, I felt myself getting sick: coughing, chills, warm body, heachache, nasea, sinus congestion, etc. I was perfectly fine the previous day but I had a gut feeling I must have caught something from my dad who has been sick all week.
I am lucky enough that my boyfriend’s family didn’t mind me over even though I am sick. They even made tea for me to help my sore throat and coughing.
I went on with the day thinking I could last. We still went to do errands which consisted of stops. By the time we got to our third stop, my legs were giving out on me. This was very odd since I’ve never felt this feeling before. It became difficult to walk due to instability in both my legs due to pulsating pain in both calves. I would only be able to walk for a short distance before having to sit. It came to a point where it was so difficult to walk I had to ride in the shopping cart.
When we got back to the house I went straight to lay down since I felt much worse than I did when I arrived. I was burning up, felt cold even though the heater was on, and still had a headache. My legs were still very weak and laying down was the only way to keep them from throbbing. My boyfriend ended up using solonpas on my back and miraculously my legs were hurting as much anymore. We think it could’ve been a pinched nerve when I tried moving two full 5-gal containers into my car. I was left with the chills, coughing, and headache at this point.
I ended up taking a nap which helped gain back some energy. Just when I thought I was getting better the worst hits: sudden and severe heachache that concentrated in only the front of my head. I wrenched my body in response to the agonizing pain in my head as if someone were trying to sqeeze as hard as they could to make it pop. I’ve never experienced pain anything close to this before. I cried because the pain was so sudden and intensifying every second it lingered. The headache lasted for under 10 minutes and went back down with the help of Tylenol Extra Strength.
Worried about what could have triggered the severe heachache, I decided to look it up. The one thing that stood out the most is: “Frontal lobe headaches have many possible triggers. The most frequent trigger is stress.”
I realized that stress could’ve been a big factor into me getting such a severe headache but also having a fever of 101.2 at the time of the headache set off a red flag.
I should have sought out emergency help right away and that’s my only regret. I’m just glad I have an amazing boyfriend to take care of me the whole day.
Expectation: Out here paying for my own shit like a boss.
Reality: Wish someone would just pay for me always because no matter what I’m broke.
Me: Broke 24/7 with a full-time job trying to support everyone and their mothers.
